At an awards ceremony last week, the Montgomery County, Maryland, Department of Economic Development announced that Christopher’s Hardware was selected as Small Business Retailer of the Year.

Located in Sandy Spring, Maryland, Christopher’s Hardware is family owned and operated. Owners Tom and Glenna Christopher are shown here holding the award they received to recognize them as Retailer of the Year.
Christopher’s Hardware is the first store in Maryland to carry the Scrigit Scraper, where sales of the cleaning tool continue to do well. All the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees at the store also deserve credit for the award and for their enthusiasm for the Scrigit Scraper.
